Schultagen/only run on school days" will be dropped during this time.
Ferry City Harbour
On 24 and 31 December, the ferry at the city harbour runs from 07.50 a.m. to 02.10 p.m. between the piers Gehlsdorf and Schnickmannstraße.
On 25 and 26 December as well as on 1 January, there will be no ferry traffic.
New Year's Eve
On 31 December 2019, all trams and buses run according the usual schedule for saturdays. Afterwards, the New Year's Eve schedule with a lot of additional rides is valid.

Recommendation
Outside business hours, you can buy tickets at our ticket machines (at selected stops and in all vehicles). Tickets you buy in a vehicle are already validated.
At the ticket machines at our stops, you can buy tickets in advance. Those tickets need to be validated when used.
